1: 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return and refund. To be eligible for a full refund under our money-back policy, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in its original, unaltered condition.
It must be returned in the original manufacturing packaging (including the box, internal inserts, and plastic wrapping).
All original accessories, manuals, power cords, and bundled items must be included.
For laptops, desktops, and smartphones: The device must be factory reset, unlocked, and completely cleared of any personal data, passwords, or linked personal accounts (like Apple ID or Google accounts).

2: Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for a refund due to safety, licensing, or hygiene reasons:

Opened Software & Digital Codes: Downloadable software, video game digital codes, or opened physical video games cannot be refunded.
Consumable Office Supplies: Items like printer ink, toner, or paper that have been opened or partially used.
Items with Signs of Abuse: Products showing physical damage, water damage, or signs of user tampering.

3: Restocking Fees

Because electronics depreciate significantly once opened, the following conditions apply:

Unopened Items: If the factory seal is intact, you will receive a 100% full refund.
Opened Items (Change of Mind): If an item is opened but completely functional and in like-new condition, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover testing and repackaging costs.

4: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit, is defective out of the box, or isn’t what you ordered, we will fix it immediately.

We will provide a prepaid shipping label, and you will receive a 100% full refund or a free replacement, with no restocking fees or return shipping costs applied.

5: How to Initiate a Return & Refund

Getting your money back is simple:

Request a Return: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
Pack Securely: Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Pack the item securely in its original box and place that inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back: Ship the package back to the return address provided. (Unless the item was defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs).

6: Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and approved or rejected your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
